Iconography In Relation To Digipaks
As the album name is "lungs" iconography is clearly a strong focus point when the production of the digipak as the cover features a pair of lungs and on the back cover there (along with conventional song names featured on the track) is a diagram of a of lungs as well as the heart and all of the points marked are matched to the song titles.
On the CD we see a pair of hands wrapped roughly around a heart, this may be just to continue the theme of organs, however it could relate to the theme of heart break which is a theme throughout the tracks on the album
The natural element seen through the flowers,birds, "earthy" pallet"and organs is typical of the indie genre.
